CentriKid Camp will be July 13–17, 2015 at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC. 3rd–5th graders will experience the time of their lives and learn more about the message of Jesus Christ! Registration begins March 1, 2015. Click here to learn more.

 

Every year HG Kids hosts Vacation Bible School for children ages 4 through 5th grade. It is open to the public at no cost. The theme for VBS 2015 is “Journey Off the Map”. We will take your kids to uncharted territory where they will begin to understand that obedience to God can lead them beyond the expected. Mark your calendar for June 22–26 from 6–8:30 PM. Registration will begin March 1.

 

 

Weekly Events – Main Campus (Harris Blvd.)

Sunday School and the Gospel Project at 8, 9:30 or 11 AM: The Gospel Project for Kids is a Christ-centered Bible study resource that follows a chronological timeline of Bible events–presenting the story of redemption through Jesus like kids have never seen it before! Each week, these stories come to life through video music, activities and more.

HG Kids Worship at 5:45 PM: Children from preschool (age 4) through 5th grade. The children work towards learning music to lead two worship concerts per year (Christmas and Spring), during the school year (September – May). They also have the opportunity to perform in morning church services a few times a year. The rehearsal rooms are located in the Gathering Place (301/302 and 501/502).

Awana from 6:15–7:45 PM: Awana is a weekly, fun-filled program for children 3 years old through 5th grade that challenges them to memorize scripture and apply it to their lives. Cost is $25 per child – Cost includes an Awana handbook that your child will use all year long and a vest (Cubbies & Sparks) or a t-shirt (Truth & Training). HG Kids Choir at 5 PM: Worship teams for 4 years through 5th grade.

Ages 4–5 years: Older preschoolers learn the fundamentals of music in a fun, interactive environment. Bring your child to their age-appropriate classroom.

Grades 1–5: All elementary children are invited to join us each Sunday night for our children’s choir ministry as they prepare a gospel-centered musical and memorize God’s Word. Each semester children will prepare a full musical, including drama, dances, and solos.
